What a strange time this is. I've been around for a long time and seen a lot of things: JFK assassination; Vietnam; 9/11, and hundreds of other things. Nothing quite compares to this pandemic. I minored in Philosophy in college 45 years ago. The rage at the time was "Existentialism." While I thought I understood it then, it was clear that the "existential crisis" makes a lot more sense when one is living in the middle of it. I know it's impacting everyone in some way or the other. My sincerest wish is that we all make it through this to the other side.
In the meantime, I'm still here at my home studio, doing pet portraits. This is a profession I can do, literally, with almost no contact. All I need are photos. I can ship anywhere with minimal or no contact. This is a time when preserving memories may come to be important, so I'm proud to help with that.
Here's Henry, a portrait I completed a couple of weeks ago. A beautiful boy, for sure. Hope you enjoy. Stay safe, stay well, and thanks for your support.
